1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

1.1 Original Designs by JED's Threads All original designs, logos, and creative works created by JED's Threads are the exclusive intellectual property of JED's Threads. This includes, but is not limited to, designs created for shirts, decals, and other products. These works are protected under copyright and trademark laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our explicit written consent.

1.2 Customer-Provided Designs When customers provide designs, logos, or other intellectual property for customization:

• The customer warrants that they own the rights to the design or have obtained proper permissions for its use.

• JED's Threads does not claim ownership of customer-provided designs but retains the right to use the provided design solely for the purpose of fulfilling the customer’s order.

1.3 Collaborative Designs If a design is created collaboratively between JED's Threads and the customer, the ownership and usage rights of the final design will be determined based on mutual agreement. In the absence of an agreement, JED's Threads retains ownership of any elements created by its team.

2. Copyright Infringement

2.1 Prohibited Content Customers must not submit content for customization that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Copyrighted images, artwork, or text without permission.

• Trademarked logos, slogans, or designs without authorization.

• Any content that violates applicable intellectual property laws.

2.2 Screening for Infringement JED's Threads reserves the right to reject any order that includes potentially infringing material. However, we do not assume responsibility for verifying the ownership or legality of customer-submitted designs.

2.3 Liability for Infringement Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their submitted designs do not infringe on third-party rights. By placing an order, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold JED's Threads harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of customer-submitted designs.

3. Use of Customer Designs

3.1 Privacy and Exclusivity JED's Threads respects the confidentiality of customer designs and will not use, reproduce, or distribute customer-provided designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the customer’s order without explicit permission.

3.2 Portfolio Use With customer consent, JED's Threads may showcase completed designs in our portfolio, on our website, or in marketing materials. Customers can request that their designs not be used in this manner.

4. Reporting Infringement

4.1 Notice of Infringement If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by JED's Threads or through our services, please provide a written notice to us with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work.

• Description of the alleged infringement.

• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).

• A statement affirming your ownership or authority over the intellectual property.

4.2 Response to Notices Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, JED's Threads will take appropriate action, including the removal of infringing materials and/or suspension of services to the responsible party.

5. Modifications to this Policy

JED's Threads reserves the right to modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
