Custom Ordered Merchandise

• No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders. This includes items such as custom shirts, vinyl decals, and die-cut decals.

• Approval Process: Before production begins, all custom designs will be sent to you for approval. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions once the design draft is approved. Please review the draft carefully to ensure all details, such as spelling, colors, and layout, are correct.

Non-Custom Merchandise

• Return Period: Returns on non-custom merchandise are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

• Shipping Delays or Issues: JED's Threads is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped. However, we are happy to assist in resolving shipping problems when possible.
